Our family- and child-friendly accommodation is a well looked-after building with a lovely private garden delightfully situated on the sunny side of Lake Ossiach in Carinthia, Southern Austria, five minutes' walk from our private beach.

Each charming flat is fully furnished and sleeps 2-6. All are equipped with fridge, freezer, cooking facilities, satellite TV, radio and telephone.

The private beach has its own jetty and a boathouse with a rowing boat, surfboards, sunshades and deckchairs/loungers. We also have a playground, a private garden, mountain bikes (for adults and children), a sauna, a sunbed, a gym, table football, board games, darts and a library. We organize hikes and excursions through the magnificent countryside to local attractions as well as barbecues in the grounds of the house itself.
